I couldn't use this product because the freaking handles are not attached to the pots. I cannot get the washer/bolt off of the damn screw that needs to be screwed into the pots to attach the handles. Honestly, how freaking hard is it to buy an item like this that is put together. Was not cheap. It should've come put together for the price. Piece of crap. Should've known better. It's made in China. Returning this immediately.It would not keep the temperature required.I have used a microwave and a double boiler and my chocolate never melted right. I bought this chocolate melter and WOW! I use this now for all of my chocolate melting needs. My chocolate melts quickly and never burns. I love how I can adjust the heat while I am working on something else without having to worry that I am burning the chocolate! I am sold!
