主にスープや煮物、ラーメン等の調理用に購入いたしました。大きめ、深めで、とにかく軽くて扱いやすいです。材質はステンレスですので焦げ付きやすいとは思います。形状が特徴的で商品説明の通りフチがあり吹きこぼれにくいので安心して調理できます。洗う際は、フチ部分に小さい溝があるのと、底が凸凹状になっているので少し洗いづらいと感じますが吹きこぼれにくさ、軽いことの扱いやすさを考えるとそこまで気になりません。ガラス蓋は、鍋自体が吹きこぼれにくいためなのかガラス蓋自体には吹き出し防止の穴が空いていないので調理中にカチカチと音がします。念の為、長時間は蓋をしないように使用しています。ガラス蓋に吹き出し防止の穴があれば完璧だなと思いましたが扱いやすくて気に入って使用してます。
