Loved them!This planter seemed great, but it arrived broken twice. It would be great if the packaging had better quality padding. I had terracotta pots delivered at the same time and the higher quality padding preventing any cracks.Update: the seller reached out to me saying they have listened to reviews about poor packaging. They sent me new pots and they arrived perfectly! Worth buying for sure. Plus it’s always nice to buy from a company that proves they are listening to customer concerns and will do what they can to make things right! I’d definitely buy from them again.I absolutely loved these pots. They are beautiful and I was happy with the materials and size. The packaging, however, was not so great. One of the pots was cracked into multiple pieces. The return was really easy! I opted for a replacement because I loved them, but the replacement arrived broken as well so I ended up asking for a refund. Both returns and the refund were really easy so I honestly might try one more time to get them. That’s much I really like the pots!edit: the wonderful folks at la Jolie got in touch with me after reading my review and went above and beyond in the customer service department. They sent me a new set of planters that were specifically unglazed and have been emailing me back and forth since just to check in. Thank you so much!*ORIGINAL* going to repot a plant i had in the smaller planter, i went to scrub it out (with a sponge.. not like i was using steel wool or anything) and all of the paint peeled from the inside. also, the drainage is AWFUL. the hole is WAY to small for how wide the base of the planter is, and it DEFINITELY needs a drainage tray. that being said, i had to pry a root rotted scindapsus treubii moonlight from this stupid planter today... because of that completely ineffective drainage hole. there was also a ton of chipped paint in the soil - probably helped kill my plant. ugh.These pots are SO pretty and expensive looking. The seller was super helpful too. 100% satisfied. Thank you!I love the look of these planters. They were everything I was wanting. The size, shape and colors were perfect. The first time they arrived they came broken so a replacement order was made free of charge. Those ALSO arrived broken. So I had to go to UPS yo return them both. I'm pretty sad about it but figured I'd better cut my losses.These pots are beautiful but they came damaged. Thankfully I was able to get a refund without needing to return the actual item, but I’m only able to use the 2 small pots bc the large ones were completely shattered & aren’t useable.
