I spent one month researching for a good deal in a ceramic pan. After two months of daily use, I feel safe to write my review. It's the best purchase I've made in pans. I use my pans every single. I dont have ANY scratches on them. I saw reviews that people had their pans with scratches but I wonder if they took care as the instructions tell them to do: ✔ never put on dishwasher ✔ only use the soft part of sponges to handwash (which it's very easy and fast because it is nonstick) ✔ I put at least 1 drop of oil to not get anything to stick but even dough when I forget eg fried eggs, it is ok to wash without any problem. Some people might still find these instructions too much work, I work all day everyday and I still get to find time to keep my expensive pans in good condition.If you are looking for good and healthy pans, I totally recommend these ones :)✌
